Partnership Terms

// PROHESES · REVENUE-SHARE PARTNERSHIP

Nothing on this page is a contract. Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. Any actual partnership is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

// what this is

A revenue-share partnership. I build and operate the commercial backend behind your audience — offer, funnel, launch, fulfilment. You keep creating and lend your name and story to the product.

// what is agreed in writing before any build begins

  • Ownership of the product and any intellectual property created
  • The revenue split percentage and how and when payments are made
  • What I am responsible for, scoped explicitly
  • What you are responsible for, scoped explicitly
  • Exit terms — what happens if either of us wants to stop, and what each party keeps

// no guarantees

No income, sales figure, or outcome is promised, implied, or forecast anywhere on this site or in any conversation. The statistics shown are published industry research about the creator market generally. They are not predictions about your results, and they are not claims about mine. A launch may earn nothing.

// fees

A one-time setup fee covers the build phase. It is not a retainer or a subscription. Its amount is agreed before any work starts and is stated in the written agreement.

// current stage

Proheses is early. I have not yet completed a launch with a partner, and I say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. That is the reason founding-partner terms exist.

// jurisdiction

[PLACEHOLDER: governing law and jurisdiction to be specified in the written agreement.]

// if something here is unclear, ask before you apply. that’s the whole point of it being written down.
